Planned Preventative Maintenance

This is an integral tool in managing the fixed assets within your build environment. The planner may be generated from the original manufacturer’s installation recommendations (also called O&Ms – Operating and Maintenance Manuals) or from best practice guide notes relevant to your industry.

The PPM aims to provide a framework to be followed in order to deliver all essential services in a timely manner. Implementation of the PPM may be of great help in ensuring the validity of insurance for such installations, if applicable, and the compliance levels with statutory service regimen reserved for such assets. The PPM planner could also be used for other tasks like cleaning, etc.

What we offer:

Identification of all relevant facilities management services (for example mechanical and electrical), their service regimen requirements and their service timings to help the upkeep of such assets.

Examples of such installations are:

  • Ventilation and air conditioning units (AC) – internal and external
  • Heating installation
  • M&E installations
  • Water systems including control of legionella (especially in clinical environments)
  • Environmental and cleaning regimes for different types of working environments (offices, schools, healthcare)
